We invite you to lectures by phD, associate professor Takhistov Paul from Rutgers University (Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick), USA from November 28 to December 22, 2022 on the topic "Physical chemistry of foods".
PhD, associate Professor Paul Takhistov is Director of the MBS (Professional Masters) Program in Food Science in the Department of Food Science at Rutgers State University, New Jersey. He holds degrees in chemical engineering and physical chemistry. His research interests include physicochemical interactions between multiphase matrices with biotic and abiotic materials to enable rational selection and manipulation of materials to improve their safety and quality.
