March 10, 2023 at 11.00 in room 201, teachers of the Management Department Turebekova B.O., Adambekova A.A., Sugirova G.S., Kunanbayeva D.A., Dzhulaeva A.M. organized meeting in the frame of “Sustainable development goals”, particularly 12thgoal was considered.
During lecture active discussion on problems of waste sorting took place with 1st-2nd year students and 1st year undergraduates. An ecologist, project manager of the environmental movement "Recycle Birge", volunteer Sailaubekova Pakizat Nursultankyzy held talking. Deputy Dean of the Higher School of Economics for Research, Innovation and International Cooperation Aknur Zhidebekkyzy delivered a welcoming speech and noted the importance of everyone's contribution to solving environmental problems.
Further Saylaubekova P.N. delivered a lecture on the topic: " Waste sorting system for Almaty city". The lecture was interactive, the students were evolved in the waste sorting game. The meeting was aimed at developing students' environmental thinking and conscious behavior.
