The Department of Religious studies and Culturology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science held a round table on a theme: «Inter-faith consent in Kazakhstan», devoted to the day of «Religious tolerance» on November 16, 2012.

Inter-ethnic and inter-confessional consent are the most important elements of stability of any society. For the recent years the world has witnessed many ethnic and religious conflicts and clashes. Therefore, it is very valuable asset of our country is the consent of the ethnic and religious spheres, which is marked by domestic and foreign experts and analysts. This agreement is a consequence of quite a Mature civil consciousness of the people of Kazakhstan, balanced policy of political leadership of the country, and first of all, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev, tolerant course of the leaders of the absolute majority of religious confessions of Kazakhstan. In connection with this, the Department of Religious studies and Culturology of Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science held a round table on a theme: «Inter-faith consent in Kazakhstan», devoted to the day of «Religious tolerance» on November 16, 2012. The teachers, students, master degree students of the faculty of philosophy and political science, also senior curators-advisers of all faculties of the University participated on the round table, who shared their recommendations in the sphere of religious tolerance among the students' education.
