KazNU holds a leading position in the number of grants from the Science Committee

Scientists of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University have won grants for 75 projects in the competition for grant funding of scientific and scientific-technical projects of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2025.

The scientific projects that were highly evaluated during the examination cover the following areas:

Research in the field of information, communication and space technologies – 10 projects;
Life and Health Science – 8 projects;
Research in the field of rational use of water resources, flora and fauna, ecology – 6 projects;
Research in the field of geology, extraction and processing of mineral and hydrocarbon raw materials, new materials, technologies, safe products and structures – 12 projects;
Research in the field of energy and mechanical engineering – 2 projects;
Scientific research in the field of natural sciences – 10 projects;
Research in the field of education and science – 4 projects;
Research in the field of social sciences and humanities – 23 projects.
