Traditional cleanup day in the town of KazNU

In order to maintain the sustainable development  goals of the conservation of terrestrial ecosystems, on October 7, 2023, the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took an active part in the university-wide cleanup day. The annual cleanup day is aimed at maintaining order and cleanliness on the territory of KazNU. The university grounds were cleared of leaves and debris. “Cleanliness begins at the door,” which means that taking responsibility for a clean environment is the main responsibility of every citizen. Such good events stimulate the active participation of students in the public life of the university.
