Madiyarova Ch.a, a teacher of the College of the Faculty of pre-university education in the direction of SDG-3, held a curatorial hour in the group PoK - 107 on the topic "as-Adam arkauy". The students made a deep search on this topic and talked in detail about the importance of proper nutrition in our lives, healthy and unhealthy foods, food culture, energy calories in food, minerals and vitamins. Rituals, traditions, proverbs and sayings that are observed at the table were also mentioned. They said that they were convinced that proper nutrition is the key to good health.
