Educational Event devoted to the 120th anniversary of Tanzhyrak Zholdyuly, a famous poet

On November 24, 2023,  the 2nd-year students of the literary studies  major studying at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held  the competition  among students dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding representative of Kazakh literature, the famous poet Tanzharyk Zholdyuly. The students were divided into 3 groups: ”Alash“,  ”Shyrak“ and  ”Zaman", consisting of the  1st year students. The literary competition consisted of three stages:

stage 1: Introduction. Each team  should have  introduced themselves (singing, staging a performance, video material, etc.);

stage 2:  Quiz which contained the questions about the creative path if the poet; 
stage  3: "Disclosure of identity" that included the sketches based on the poet' s literary works. The event was ended by awarding the winners. The prizes were the following: 
First place-20000 tenges;
Second place-15,000 tenges;
Third place-5000 tenges.

According to the competition results  the 1st place was taken by the group “Shyrak“, the 2nd place was taken by the group ”Alash“, the 3rd place went to the group ”Zaman".
