Gender equality (Sustainable Development Goals, No. 5) plays an important role in the protection of human rights. Despite the fact that half of the world's population is made up of a female substance, there are some boundaries have to be overcome in order for a total balance to be established in society. Because up to now achieving gender equality and empowering women is a global problem.
On December 13, 2023, a round table was held with teachers of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology Iskakova R. A., Smagulova N. T. and doctoral student Kenzheev B. During the meeting, the topics of gender equality, the basic principles and objectives of gender policy and the family concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030, as well as illustrative examples were discussed.
