Esenbekova Araylym Esenbekkyzy - winner of the international scholarship "Bolashak" under the program "500 Scientists"

Esenbekova Araylym Esenbekkyzy, senior lecturer of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine and Neuroscience, holder of the international scholarship "Bolashak" under the program "500 Scientists". She will intern in one of the leading laboratories in the field of molecular biology and cellular communication at the Center for Biomedical Research, Institute of Biotechnology, University of Granada, Granada, Spain. In collaboration with Spanish researchers, she will study the basis of metabolic diseases at the molecular and biochemical level. During her fellowship, she will conduct research on melatonin/CoQ10 therapy of the NF-kB inflammatory pathway in hyperglycemia as an alternative to alleviate endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetes.
