Тhe opening of the exhibition "In the depths of Centuries"

On February 05, 2024, at 15:00, the opening of the exhibition "In the depths of Centuries", organized by the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Esik" of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took place at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. 
The event was attended by a delegation headed by Gulmira Mukhtarova, director of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Esik", the leadership of KazNU, the Historical Faculty of the university, the teaching staff, historical scientists, and young people studying.

The purpose of the exhibition, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of KazNU, is to familiarize with the archaeological, ethnographic, spiritual and cultural heritage of the Kazakh people and valuable archaeological exhibits related to the history of the Golden Man.

The exhibition features a silver bowl of the Golden Man and original ceramics, a cauldron typical of the Saka–Usun culture of the early Iron Age, antique jewelry, weapons and other valuable artifacts found on the territory of Kazakhstan.
The exhibition of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Esik" in the KazNU Museum will be presented to the public from February 5 to March 7, 2024.
