On October 12-16, 2023, the seminar was held at Ulugbek Tashkent National University (Uzbekistan) on the project AR19675130 "Lexicographic system of phraseology common to Turkic languages", proposed by professor R. A. Avakova, the professor of the Department of Turkology and Language Theory of the Faculty of Philology.
Professors, doctoral students, master’s degree students and bachelor’s degree students of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics of the Philological Faculty of the University took part in the seminar on topic: "Problems of Education and Linguistics in the Modern World", organized by professor R. A. Avakova. Together with the problems of linguistics, the issues of collecting phraseology of Turkic languages and publishing them were discussed at the seminar.
