Just as giant mountains get higher and higher, more and more people in history become more personal and enlarged over time. They are not swallowed into the eyes of the sieve of time, they are not forgotten. On the contrary, it was forever remembered in the memory of future generations and preserved in life as an indelible heritage.

Scientist Tolegen Tazhibaev, inspired by the sacred Karatau region and selflessly serving his people, is one of the most outstanding figures in history. His spiritual legacy and noble deeds, born of tireless dedication, are widely publicized in the most different areas.

In his speech, the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Meirbaev Bekzhan Berikbaiuly noted that holding a scientific and practical conference in honor of the scientist Tolegen Tazhibaev, the exchange of experience is becoming a positive trend.

At the international scientific and practical conference, the name of Tolegen Tazhibayev was especially marked and his great deeds, discoveries in science and the path traveled for the nation were noted.

The instructive conference began with a foreword by the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Philology, Professor Tuimebaev Zhanseit Kanseituly , where specially invited scientists from Tashkent, Russia, Bulgaria shared their thoughts. Native scientists participating in the conference gave their assessments of T. Tazhibaev’s socio-political activities in different areas from different angles.

There was a presentation of the book by Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Zholmukhan Turkpenovich and Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Almasbek Maulenov “Zangar Tulga - Academician T. T. Tazhibaev”, telling about the life of a historical figure, about the work done in the field of pedagogy, about its place in the modern education system.

Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Alkozhaeva Nursultu Seitkerimkyzy with the support of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University noted that the staff of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science had done a great job of promoting the pedagogical and psychological heritage of T. Tazhibaev and drew attention to the features of published works about scientist Tolegen Tazhibaev is a major figure who dedicated his life to his people, the future of his people.

Therefore, the name of Tolegen Tazhibayev will forever remain in the memory of the country. Its height will not decrease in any way. No matter how long the caravan of time lasts, it is always in sight. Will never be forgotten. Because he was a nation's son, a Kazakh son.
