Kopbasarova Ainur is a well-known producer, director of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater.
Ainur Sailaubaevna studied at the graduate school of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1995-1996, and in 1996-1999 she completed postgraduate studies, in 1999 she defended her PhD thesis on "Abaydyn lyrikalyk olenderin beineligi zhane onyn orys tiline audarudagi korkem tabigaty", where she received a PhD degree in philology. Scientific supervisors are Zhangara Dadebayev and Zeynolla Kabdolov.
She began her career in 1999 as a lecturer at the Department of the Academy of Civil Aviation. 2000 - lecturer at the Department of Theory of Literary Translation and Literary Creativity of Al Farabi Kazakh National University; also from 2000 to 2010 - editor-in-chief, producer, author of many projects of Khabar TV channel; since 2010 - General producer and creative Director of A+a Idea fabric LLP; member of the Board of Trustees of “Bolashak Charity"; She worked as the director of the Turkestan Musical Drama Theater. Currently, she is the Acting director of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater.
Ainur Sailaubaevna's filmography includes the film "I Love you" and the TV series "Armandastar". In addition, she is the official copyright holder of a number of intellectual objects, such as the 28th World Winter Universiade 2017, the author of the script for the opening and closing ceremonies. The copyright holder, the author of the idea, the co–director of the play "Fariza" staged in Moscow on the stage of the Sovremennik Theater, the general producer of the International Festival "Star of Asia".
