A meeting of the "Tarzhiman" young translators club was held

The Department of Foreign Philology and Translation of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages hosted a solemn meeting of the "Tarzhiman" young translators club "Translator's Profession is a high title", dedicated to the International Day of Translators.

The scientific supervisor of the club, associate professor Laila Musaly, opened the evening with a speech about the profession of a translator. The session was chaired by the club presidents L. Mamadkarimova and A. Askar. The evening's program included welcoming the first-year translators, as well as a ceremony for handing over the club's leadership to third-year students. The new president of the club became Kyzylbek Nursultan, with Aidana Talapkali as vice president. Students from all years actively participated in the event, answering various questions, finding solutions to challenging situations, recalling everything they knew, and expanding their vocabulary and horizons. Thanks to this event, future professionals congratulated each other on their professional holiday, enriched their knowledge, reinforced their practical skills, and made new friends and acquaintances. The head of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies, D.A. Karagoyshieva, along with the professors M. Zhanabekova and A. Aitmukhanbetova, wished the future translators success.
