Promotion of reforms "new Kazakhstan": the importance of national unity and stability

The XXIII Session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and the Round Table Held at the Faculty of Journalism
On April 25, 2025, the XXIII session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan took place under the theme "Unity. Creation. Advancement." During the session, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev, in his speech, gave specific tasks aimed at advancing the ongoing reforms in the country. To implement these tasks, a round table was organized on June 13, 2025, in the Kemel Tokayev Auditorium at the Faculty of Journalism. The event was attended by professors and teachers of various nationalities.
The Head of the Department of Press and Electronic Media, Gulnaz Serikbaykyzy, noted, "Unity of the people is our priceless treasure, and the foundation of our statehood is harmony. Our common goal is to make our homeland, Kazakhstan, prosperous and turn its territory into a place of stability and peace."
Associate professors and lecturers of the department, Olga Lozhnikova, Laura Noda, and Alexander Bondarev, shared their thoughts on national unity, sustainable development, and the advancement of modern journalism. During the round table, participants deeply understood the significance of the saying "Where there is unity, there is life," and the event was both enlightening and meaningful.
