Al-Farabi Business School expands the boundaries of partnership

Representatives of Al-Farabi Business School of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University visited universities in Spain and Portugal. The purpose of the business trip is to deepen international cooperation and establish new partnerships with leading educational institutions in Europe.

The delegation of Al-Farabi Business School visited GBSB-Global Business School and discussed the prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation at the meeting. This business school is internationally recognized and accredited by ACBSP, MFHEA, ASIC and CBA, BSB Global.
Within the framework of the visit the specialists got acquainted with the internship program for undergraduates of KazNU. Meetings with official representatives of the business school allowed to discuss the possibilities of expanding academic and scientific cooperation between educational institutions.
Also Al-Farabi Business School and Porto Business School signed a memorandum of understanding. Porto Business School is ranked 108th in QS 2024 Europe Ranking and is known for its international presence and regular participation in the Financial Times ranking since 2011, as well as AMBA award for achievements in entrepreneurship.

During the visit was discussed and created a special internship program for Kazakhstani masters and doctoral students, including both theoretical training and practical interaction with leading companies in Portugal.
The delegation of KazNU Business School also held a meeting at the Autonomous University of Madrid, one of the leading autonomous universities in Spain. As a result of the visit was signed a memorandum of understanding, discussed the prospects of two-diploma program between universities. Master students of Al-Farabi Business School plan to start a research internship at the Autonomous University of Madrid this fall, which will be a new important stage in their academic training and international experience.

This business trip emphasized Al-Farabi Business School's aspiration to develop international relations and strengthen its position in the world educational arena.
