A lecture on the topic "Religious Extremism and Terrorism" was held

On January 18, 2024, the Department of Pre-University Training at the Faculty of Pre-University Education organized a lecture on the topic "Religious Extremism and Terrorism" delivered by Zhanna Urinbasarovna Kantarbaeva, Candidate of Philosophy, Senior Lecturer. The purpose of this lecture was to help students recognize and understand the importance of preserving the national identity, traditional culture, and spiritual values of our nation in the context of globalization. Additionally, it aimed to raise awareness among students about religious extremism and terrorism, encouraging them to stay away from such harmful influences and avoid being misled by various religious movements.

During the lecture, students asked questions that concerned them, and Zhanna Urinbasarovna responded to each one. The lecture was conducted at a high level, and the attendees expressed their gratitude.
