A conference on digital technologies will be held

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University will host an international scientific-practical conference ‘DIGITAL REALITY: NEW CHALLENGES IN CARTOGRAPHY, GEOINFORMATION SYSTEMS AND RS’ dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from 7 to 8 November 2024. The event was organised jointly with Data+ International LLC.

The aim of the conference is to discuss current problems, trends and innovations in the field of cartography, geoinformation systems and Earth remote sensing. The conference aims to exchange knowledge and experience between scientific and practical specialists, as well as to search for new approaches and solutions to address the challenges facing modern cartography and geoinformatics in the context of digitalisation and rapid technological development.
