Legal regulation of the issues of consumption of recycled resources

In the framework of the implementation of SDG 12 "Ensuring the transition to sustainable consumption and production patterns", lecturers of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the LawFaculty, PhD Kuanysh Aratuly and PhD Adlet Yergali held a lecture-meeting with students and faculty of Narxoz University on the issues of "Legal regulation and conscious environmental consumption and recycling of resources". World practice, international agreements on waste management regulation were discussed, and a comparative analysis of the experience between developed countries and Kazakhstan was conducted, in addition, issues of the importance of solving these problems at the national level, the impact of positive experience on the national and personal economy of the country and etc.
