Conference on "Freedom of my country – my pride"

On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted by Resolution № 307-XII one of the most important documents for the independence of our country – the "declaration of state sovereignty". This document was a historical decision that proclaimed the sovereignty of Kazakhstan and confirmed the right of the state to conduct an independent policy.
On October 22, 2024, the Department of history of Kazakhstan and students of the educational program 6B02205 – history took part in the conference on the topic "freedom of the country-my pride", organized by the mayor's Office of Almaty. They met with public figures who made a significant contribution to the adoption of the historical document of that period. This meeting gave students an opportunity to deeply understand the history of independence and get acquainted with the experience of honored people along the way.
