Sovereign Kazakhstan is a country with deep roots

On October 23, 2024, the Department of Economics held an event dedicated to the celebration of the "Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan - October 25". The importance of this holiday as a symbol of independence, unity and sustainable development of the country was noted at the festive celebration.

The event highlighted Kazakhstan's contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular, SDG 16 — "Peace, justice and effective institutions" and SDG 17 – "Partnership for Sustainable Development". This holiday is a reminder of the desire for peace, strengthening the rule of law and creating a just society.

During the event, students and teachers plunged into the historical path of the country's development, its achievements in the international arena and stressed the need to preserve national values for future generations. During the celebration of the Republic Day, the national anthem was announced, concert programs were held and a quiz was held.
