The Sino-Kazakh Center for International and Comparative Law has been opened at Al-Farabi University

In KazNU named after Al-Farabi, at the Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Relations opened a Chinese-Kazakh joint educational and research center of international and comparative law.

 

The project will be implemented jointly with the Harbin Institute of Technology.
The aim of the centre is to strengthen bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and China through cooperation in education and scientific research. The centre will become a platform for the exchange of knowledge and innovation, which will contribute to the development of the academic potential of both countries.
The Centre's activities will include joint research in the field of international and comparative law, as well as the organisation of conferences and seminars to discuss current issues. The Centre also plans to develop educational programmes aimed at training specialists in the field of international law.
The opening of the Centre will create new opportunities for the development of legal science and education and will strengthen cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.
