Farabi Business School held talks in China
Representatives of Farabi International Business School visited the cities of Beijing and Haikou (Hainan Province) in China to take part in important events aimed at strengthening international co-operation. During the visit, talks were held with leading world-class universities and educational institutions in Hainan and Beijing.
Director of the Business School Zharaskhan Saryev, Leading Specialist Kulpash Shynbat, Specialist Saltanat Isakova visited the leading universities of Hainan Province - Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology (HVUST) and Hainan University. During the visit they signed a memorandum of co-operation aimed at developing partnership in the field of education. They discussed the possibilities of adapting MBA programmes for Chinese citizens, joint projects and internships for students. Then they took part in the Chinese Educational EXPO in Beijing, which brought together more than 200 educational institutions from 37 countries, and Kazakh National University was the only representative from Kazakhstan. This contributed to strengthening Kazakhstan's international prestige in the field of education.
Within the framework of the exhibition, more than 400 people received information about KazNU, and contacts were established with representatives of more than 50 universities. Partnerships were established with leading educational institutions in China, and the domain www.kaznu-mba.cn was registered for Chinese students.
This visit contributed to strengthening the prestige of Kazakh National University in the educational market of China and expanding partnerships. The visit of Farabi International Business School representatives to China is an important step in the development of international cooperation.
