«LIFELONG EDUCATION» – A CONDITION FOR THE SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALS AND SOCIETY

Lifelong Education is a continuous process of learning and development that spans an individual’s entire life. Today, it is a significant component of educational system modernization and professional development. The active participation of all levels and forms of higher education institutions is especially crucial in this process.

In alignment with SDG 4 "Quality Education" (Target 4.3.3: Professional Training Initiatives) and SDG 17 "Partnerships for the Goals" (Target 17.2: Partnerships to Support Sustainable Development Goals), this week, faculty members Toshtay K. and Narenova S.M. from the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis, and Petrochemistry in the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, under the guidance of the department head Aubakirov E.A., conducted a professional development course titled "Methods of Oil and Petroleum Product Analysis. Chemical Analysis of Oil" for employees of the oil company PetroKazakhstan.

The course was held in the "Petrochemistry" scientific laboratory, where participants had the opportunity to learn about modern methods of oil and petroleum product analysis and interactively study current scientific advancements in the field of petrochemistry.
