The International Congress, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the eminent Turkologist-linguist, academician, Doctor of Philology, and professor Abduali Tuganbayuly Kaidar—academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Scientist of the Kazakh SSR, laureate of the Sh. Ualikhanov I Degree Award, honorary member of the "Türk Dil Kurumu," honorary academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Bashkortostan, honorary president of the International Society "Қазақ тілі," and veteran of World War II—will discuss new scientific paradigms in Kazakh linguistics and Turkology rooted in his academic legacy.
