The national currency, such as the anthem, flag and coat of arms, is also among the state symbols. On November 15, 1993, the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tenge, was put into circulation. And since 1997, by Decree of the Head of State, November 15 is celebrated as the birthday of our native currency and financiers' Day. On the basis of decent work and economic growth of SDG-8, an event on the theme "tenge will consist of tiyn" was held among the audience. The purpose of the event is to explain to the audience the historical and cultural significance of the national currency and to show its role in shaping the economic independence of Kazakhstan. To foster patriotic feelings, respect for the history of the country, develop financial literacy, expand students' ideas about money, and explain the dignity of tenge.
