Alisher Duganov, a graduate of the Technical Physics program at KazNU and Kaunas University of Technology, secured a position as a radiation control equipment engineer at "Scientific-Production Enterprise Gamma" LLP thanks to his European diploma and KazNU degree.

Alisher Duganov, a graduate of the Technical Physics program at KazNU and Kaunas University of Technology, secured a position as a radiation control equipment engineer at "Scientific-Production Enterprise Gamma" LLP thanks to his European diploma and KazNU degree.

The dual-degree program helped him to develop skills such as report writing, independent research, English language proficiency, and the ability to complete complex tasks within deadlines.

During his master's studies, he did not only gain practical experience in technological processes but also conducted theoretical research. Alisher mastered spectrometry methods and improved his skills in Excel and Matlab. His primary motivation for pursuing a dual-degree program was the desire to obtain a higher level of education and travel.

One of the key projects he participated in involved the deposition of thin nanofilms onto various materials. One of the challenges Alisher faced was the language barrier. As a recommendation for universities, he noted the need for greater student involvement in campus life and active information exchange.
