An online forum "Interpretation of religious texts based on modern research"

On 12.12.2024, an online forum "Interpretation of religious texts based on modern research" was held at the Department of Cultural Studies and Religious Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, organized by undergraduates of the specialty of religious studies and Islamic Studies.

The forum was attended by senior teachers of the University, doctoral students and undergraduates, students. The forum discussed modern issues related to religious texts. Social conditions are also the cause of religious radicalism, and solutions to many problems related to religious texts have been proposed by developing some common disciplines and expanding research. Yerimbet Ramzan and Bagayev Bagdat shared their scientific and practical experience in their reports and presented new scientific ideas to the audience. The audience was asked interesting questions and analyzed. On the scientific field, several examples were given that one cannot be limited to one thought. Ways to prevent radicalization on the scientific platform were outlined and objective research methods were proposed.
