Masters and students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in the Clean Thursday campaign

The Clean Thursday campaign brought together active and caring citizens of Almaty. Within the framework of the event, undergraduates and students of al-Farabi Kazakh National University contributed to improving the environmental situation of the city.

Together with members of the Amanat party and municipal services, the participants of the action cleared the territory of Dostyk Park of snow. Special attention was paid to pedestrian paths, play and sports areas, as well as adjacent areas along the Yessentai River. Thanks to joint efforts, more than 20 sections of the park territory were put in order.

This event was not only an environmental campaign, but also an important step in fostering civic responsibility and environmental culture among young people. As noted by the Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Galymzhan Eskarauly:
"Participating in such actions motivates us to take care of nature and our common future. We also support this campaign to increase the love for the Motherland of every citizen, be it a student, a master's student or a doctoral student."
