Connection with the Polytechnic University of O-de-France

A delegation from the Polytechnic University of O-de-France (France) visited Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on a working visit.

The delegation included the Director of INSA Hauts-de-France and Advisor to the President of UPHF on International Relations, De La Burdonne, the Director of the "Geoenergy" Center, Agnes Busse, the Director of the International Department of INSA, Morin Celine, and the International Communication Projects Officer, Cecile Garson.

The meeting with the distinguished guests was held by the Deputy Chairman of the Board – First Vice-Rector of KazNU, Yerkin Duisenov.

The Vice-Rector informed the members of the delegation about the joint work of KazNU in the fields of science and education with universities, institutes, and organizations in France.

Currently, KazNU collaborates with 23 universities in France. Within the framework of signed agreements, active academic and research work is being carried out. In the 2023-24 academic year, 21 professors and 36 students visited French universities for scientific internships and research work.

In turn, De La Burdonne thanked the leadership of KazNU for their attention and shared information about the main activities of the Polytechnic University of O-de-France.

The parties discussed proposals for improving education, academic exchange, enhancing joint scientific collaboration, and training highly qualified specialists.
