Academics from Uzbekistan are undergoing an internship at KazNU

At Al-Farabi KazNU, a professional development course has started for professors from Urgench State Pedagogical Institute (Uzbekistan).

 

The program is organized with the support of the Advanced Training and Continuing Education Institute of Al-Farabi KazNU. The course aims to enhance the professional skills of educators, develop their scientific competencies, and introduce innovative technologies into the educational process.

The course, which spans 144 academic hours, covers a wide range of topics, including modern teaching methods, digitalization of the educational process, and the organization of extracurricular activities in educational institutions. A total of 11 professors from Urgench State Pedagogical Institute are participating in the course. From February 10 to March 10, 2025, they will study advanced pedagogical technologies and exchange experiences with their colleagues from Kazakhstan.

The course program has been developed within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between Al-Farabi KazNU and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute. During the training, participants will become familiar with modern educational trends, study digital learning methods, active forms of student interaction, and strategies for effective management of educational processes. The educators will gain practical skills in using digital platforms, online learning tools, and methods of interactive student engagement. The program includes lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and seminars conducted by leading experts from Kazakh National University.

The organization of professional development courses for foreign educators confirms the high level of educational programs at KazNU and its active role in the development of international cooperation in higher education. This course will be an important step in strengthening academic collaboration between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and will contribute to the development of professional competencies for educators from both countries.

Al-Farabi KazNU continues to implement its strategy for improving the quality of education and integrating innovative technologies into the educational process, contributing to the training of highly qualified personnel for the educational sector of Central Asia.
