On February 22, 2025, as part of the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals under the “Good Health and Well-being” direction, senior lecturer of the Department of Philosophy, Zh.N. Kazieva, organized a walk with students to the Medeu Sports Complex under the theme “Food for the Body – Morning Walk.” The hectic pace of life, constant studying, and running between classes and the library often lead many students to neglect their health, which is a concerning issue. During the walk, these important matters were discussed with students, engaging in meaningful conversations and reflections. Exercising and walking in the fresh air are essential for our spiritual well-being. A person can only feel truly happy when their physical body and inner world are in harmony. Those experiencing stress can find new motivation and energy by waking up early, going for a walk, and doing some exercises. This practice boosts self-confidence, lifts the mood, and spreads positivity to others. Morning is the time when all living things awaken to a new life. This period gives people spiritual strength and inspiration, making it a peak moment for fresh ideas to emerge. The most enjoyable and affordable way to take care of both body and soul is through a morning walk. Today’s walk and discussion with students were held at a high level, leaving a positive impact.
