In 1996, she graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in "Oriental Studies: Iranian Philology." From 1997 to 1999, she pursued her master's studies at Imam Khomeini International University (IKIU) in Iran and earned a master's degree. In 2013, she completed a master's program at KazNU in Religious Studies. Since 2001, she has been serving in the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, holding the military rank of Colonel. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages at the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As of today, there are approximately 800 female officers serving in the Kazakh Army, and only 20 of them have achieved the rank of Colonel. Our graduate, Makhambetova Aina, is one of these distinguished 20 Colonels.
