In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in "Orientalist-Historian." He began his career in 1996 as a Persian language translator at the "Foodlink" company in Almaty.
Three years later, he transitioned into television journalism, starting as a reporter and editor at the NTK TV channel. He achieved significant success in journalism.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as the press secretary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2014–2016, he worked as the chief expert at the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Kazakhstan.
From 2016 to 2020, he was the head of PR services at the "University Medical Center" corporate fund of Nazarbayev University, as well as the chief manager of the Management Office.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as an advisor to the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan.
Since 2022, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the "Khabar" Agency.
