Visit of the BGI Genomics delegation to Al-Farabi KazNU

     Today, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was visited by the CEO and her assistant from BGI Genomics, one of the world’s leading companies in the field of genomic research. The delegation got acquainted with the work of the Department of Biotechnology, the Department of Molecular Biology, the Earth Remote Sensing Center (ERSC), the Supercomputer, and Farabi Hub.

     During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in the fields of genomic research, bioinformatics, and biotechnology were discussed, as well as opportunities for joint scientific projects and academic exchanges.
     KazNU continues to strengthen international ties and implement advanced technologies in science and education.
