
On 16.03.25, the students of the 7th group of the Department of Pre-University Education, Faculty of Pre-University Education, KazNU (SDG 11) visited the Chaplin MEGA cinema in Almaty, where they watched the film "Qoja. New Journey". "My Name is Qoja" is a work that has become a classic of Kazakh children's literature. Based on the novel of the same name by Berdibek Sokpakov, the first film was made in 1966. Now, after 59 years, a new version of this classic work has been released.
The main feature of the new film is the resemblance of 15-year-old Aykyn Yelubay, who played the role of Qoja, both in appearance and character, to the original character. The audience highly appreciated the new film and followed with interest the events happening with Qoja and his friends.
"Qoja. New Journey" uses modern technologies and trends while striving to preserve the main ideas of the original. This film was created with the aim of introducing the new generation to the valuable heritage of Kazakh culture.
