Leadership lecture «Organization of international and domestic cargo transportation in Kazakhstan»

As part of the implementation of GOAL 4 SDG - QUALITY EDUCATION On April 4, 2025, at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a leadership lecture was held by the director of TLC LOGISTIC LLP, Yerlan Askarovich Kaskenov, on the topic «Organization of international and domestic cargo transportation» for 3rd-year students majoring in «Logistics» at the Higher School of Economics and Business.
At the beginning of the event, 1st-year master's student Ganikyzy Aruzhan presented the International Company «TLC LOGISTIC», which is an expert in international and domestic cargo transportation, a professional logistics operator since 2010. The company works with clients from Kazakhstan, Russia, China, the UAE and other countries, helping businesses effectively build logistics processes.
Further in his speech, the speaker – Director of TLC LOGISTIC LLP, Yerlan Askarovich Kaskenov, shared his experience in organizing international and domestic cargo transportation, cargo consolidation, customs clearance and turnkey transportation, and experience in optimizing routes to minimize delivery times. He also paid attention to the issues of warehousing activities of the company, which has its own warehouses and consolidation centers.
As Yerlan Askarovich noted, Kazakhstan, thanks to its unique geographical advantages, connects global markets and is becoming the largest transport and logistics hub in Central Asia. Due to the new economic geography of the world and the growth of trade flows, the transport and logistics sector is gaining strategic importance in our country. The issues of training competitive specialists in demand in the labor market in the field of logistics, opportunities for career and professional growth, and leadership qualities necessary for a person to achieve heights in a career and life were discussed.
At the end of the lecture, the participating teachers and students exchanged questions and answers and held interesting discussions.
