Hospitality – A Reflection of the Nation's Spirit

On March 25, 2025, as part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal No. 12, "Responsible Consumption and Production," a discussion event in the format of a debate took place on the topic "Hospitality – A Reflection of the Nation’s Spirit."

During the discussion, participants explored the potential of transforming Kazakh hospitality into a national brand and its impact on tourism and the economy. Speakers and experts highlighted that hospitality traditions are an integral part of Kazakh culture and can play a crucial role in attracting tourists and investors.

Key questions raised during the debate: How can hospitality contribute to the development of domestic and international tourism; What modern technologies can be integrated into the traditional culture of hospitality; How can effective strategies be developed to promote Kazakh hospitality on the international stage.

Special attention was given to the synergy between traditional values and modern digital solutions. Participants proposed concrete initiatives for developing tourism infrastructure, creating unique guest experiences, and shaping Kazakhstan's image as a hospitable country.
