The international conference “The World of Farabi” was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

From April 3 to 4, 2025, the traditional International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scholars “The World of Farabi” was successfully held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The main goal of the conference was to support the scientific potential of students and young researchers, and to promote the development of their creative and analytical thinking skills.

This year, the conference organized by the Higher School of Economics and Business focused on the highly relevant theme:
“Sustainable Development Technologies: Innovations as a Driver of Global Changes.”
Within the framework of the event, scientific reports of both theoretical and applied nature were presented in areas such as economics, digitalization, finance, business, and management.

Papers were accepted in Kazakh, Russian, and English from both international universities (Russia, the United Kingdom) and leading higher education institutions of Kazakhstan.

On April 3, 2025, the plenary session brought together the dean of the faculty, deputy deans, heads of departments, section chairs, presenters, and the university’s academic staff. During the session, the best reports of students, master's and PhD students were presented.
The event was held in both online and offline formats, involving participants from various domestic and international educational institutions. This, in turn, made a significant contribution to enhancing the university’s international scientific collaboration and academic potential.

The organizers of the conference expressed their sincere gratitude to all participants and winners, and emphasized that the work to foster youth interest in science would continue in the future.
