The Holy Month of Ramadan – A Time When Rewards for Good Deeds Are Multiplied

I would like to congratulate everyone on the arrival of the Holy Month of Ramadan!
It is believed that every Muslim is aware of the importance of engaging in good deeds during this blessed month.
In light of this, as the saying goes, “Knowledge is a pearl for the wise,” we would like to share some more insights with you.
Our people have always shown special respect for those who fast, offering them Iftar meals and honoring them with great care.
Ramadan is a month when the reward for every good deed is multiplied. During fasting, each righteous act is recorded with increased reward. In a Qudsi Hadith, Allah the Almighty says:
“Fasting is for Me alone, and I shall reward it personally…”, thus emphasizing the value and significance of fasting.
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said in his Hadith:
“The reward for every good deed of the son of will be multiplied. Each good deed will be rewarded from ten to seven hundred times.”
With this, he gave glad tidings to his Ummah.
During this sacred month, when rewards for righteous deeds are greatly multiplied, giving charity doesn’t necessarily have to be material. For example, offering your seat on public transport to the elderly, people with disabilities, or mothers with children is also considered a virtuous deed. Our parents instilled such manners and values in us from a young age.
Even bringing joy to someone’s heart is a form of charity.
May the blessed month of Ramadan bring you goodness and blessings!
May your fasts, prayers, and supplications be accepted!
May all your goals and dreams come true, and may Allah allow us to reach the next Ramadan in health and peace.
May our country be safe, our people united, and our independence everlasting!
This event was organized as a seminar for students of specializations 407–409 K ChI and 301 PhChandT.
During the seminar, students asked questions, exchanged ideas, and gained valuable knowledge about the month of Ramadan.
