   On Science Day, the President Met with Scientists and Congratulated Them on Their Professional Holiday. On the eve of Science Day, on April 10, 2025, the President met with scientists and congratulated them on their professional holiday. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his gratitude to citizens who are successfully working in various fields of science and contributing to the prosperity of our country: "The path of science is a difficult one. Only those who are dedicated to their work, persistent, hardworking, innovative, and creative can overcome the challenges along this path. If we truly want to become a progressive nation, we must develop and strengthen these qualities in society. The great Abai once left a legacy: 'Do not boast if you have not found science.' In this era of rapid technological development, we must pay special attention to continuous research, deep knowledge, and science. I specifically addressed this issue at the National Kurultai in Burabay. In this regard, the scientific community bears a special responsibility. Because a scientist is the beacon of the nation," said the Head of State.

   Furthermore, during the award ceremony, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev presented the certificate for a new apartment to young scientist Dinara Tangatkyzy Kalmakova, senior lecturer at the Department of Business Technologies, School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi KazNU.
