Graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Law at Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.
Professional Experience:
Aydyn Zholshievich is a well-known Kazakhstani lawyer and a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience in the field of law and competition policy. He began his professional career as a school teacher and later rose to the position of Chairman of the Republican Bar Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has held senior positions in various legal and financial institutions, as well as in government bodies, including the Committee for the Protection of Competition. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific and publicistic works on competition law and policy, including monographs and commentaries on the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Public Activities:
A. Bikebaev is also known for his active involvement in public and human rights activities. He is a member of several public councils under the President and various state agencies. Currently, he continues his professional work as a senior partner at the law firm “Sayat Zholshy and Partners.”
