SDG-4: Q-Unite team wins grand prize at the final stage of the "SANAQ" intellectual show

The final stage of the “SANAQ” intellectual show was held in Almaty with the support of the Akimat of Almaty and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. The competition was a large-scale intellectual event that tested the knowledge, logic, and wit of young participants.

Representing our university, the “Q-Unite” team achieved excellent results and won the Grand Prize. The team was composed of active and talented students selected from various faculties:

• Bayan Ulaskhan – 1st-year student, Higher School of Economics and Business

• Mukhanova Aiganim – 1st-year student, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science

• Aldabergenova Akurys – 1st-year student, Higher School of Economics and Business

• Tursynbayev Baidaulet – 2nd-year student, Faculty of Philology

The competition consisted of six stages:

1. Introduction

2. History of Kazakhstan

3. Bäyge (Quiz Round)

4. Homework Presentation

5. Make a Choice

6. Va-bank (Risk Round)

The “Q-Unite” team demonstrated a perfect combination of knowledge and strategy throughout all stages, outperforming teams from prestigious institutions such as Narxoz University, UIB, and Satbayev University (KazNRTU).

As winners, the team members were awarded a large-screen Xiaomi TV and home appliances.

This remarkable achievement clearly reflects the students’ dedication to intellectual growth and quality education. We express our gratitude to our outstanding students who have raised the reputation of our university to new heights!
