Linyi City Administration is interested in partnership with KazNU
During the visit of the delegation of the Linyi City Administration (China), the distinguished guests met with the leadership of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University to discuss areas of mutually beneficial partnership.
The delegation was welcomed by Board Member, Vice Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs and Infrastructure Development Abdrakhman Tasybayev. He informed the honored guests about the achievements of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the educational and scientific infrastructure, the development of which has recently been given priority attention. The university is currently building the second stage of the campus. The project provides for the construction of new academic buildings, dormitories, and scientific infrastructure facilities. Thus, the management of KazNU is interested in mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners, and with the administration of Linyi city (China) in particular.
Guo Hongshui, a permanent member of the city party committee, Deputy mayor of the city, secretary of the party committee of the new Ihi River district, spoke about the city of Linyi in his response. It is considered the "logistics capital of China", ranks 5th in China in terms of tax revenues from entrepreneurship in Shandong Province, and is known for its achievements in agriculture, trade, tourism, the production of various goods and services, and scientific activities.
Today, the Linyi City Administration is actively searching for new areas of profitable investment, expanding international relations in order to launch and develop promising joint projects and initiatives. Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has great potential in the field of science and education. The Administration is interested in the transfer of new technologies in the field of mechanical engineering, robotics and artificial intelligence, training personnel for these industries and the implementation of joint projects.
