The branch of KazNU in Omsk begins accepting applicants

The branch of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Omsk begins accepting applicants.
The documents are accepted from June 20 to July 31, 2025. The first 50 applicants are given a special 100% discount. In the future, under the agreement between the Governments of Kazakhstan and Russia, special grants will be allocated for student education.
It is worth noting that the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University branch was officially opened on November 27, 2024 with the participation of the Head of State of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
This branch of the Kazakh university, which became the first in Russia, will provide young people with the opportunity to receive education in popular programs developed in accordance with modern requirements and promising areas.
Specialists in the educational programs "International Law", "Philology", "Customs" and "Kazakh language and Literature" will be trained here.
In addition, lectures will be delivered by experienced Kazakhstani and Russian teachers, professors, and scientists. The educational process will be conducted in Kazakh, Russian and English.
After completing four years of study, graduates receive a diploma that meets international standards.
The KazNU branch was launched on the basis of Omsk State University. There are 10 classrooms for educational and methodical work. In particular, students will attend lectures in the classrooms of customs named after Shokan Ualikhanov, Kazakh language named after Abai and international law named after Nazir Torekulov. In addition, there are five classrooms for management and faculty, seven classrooms and a coworking center.
