Majilis Deputy B.Bazarbek presented diplomas to KazNU graduates

Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Bazarbek paid an official visit to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where he got acquainted with the activities of the educational institution.

The distinguished guest was greeted by the university administration and leading scientists.  The deputy was informed about the university's activities and conducted an introductory tour of the campus, during which Bakytzhan Bazarbek visited the Supercomputer Cluster, the Kazakh-Chinese joint laboratory "Remote Sensing Technologies and their Applications", the Center for Innovative Products and High-tech Projects "Farabi HUB", etc.

During the meeting, the deputy discussed promising projects based on advanced and innovative technologies with scientists from scientific centers. Attention was also paid to the issues of digital transformation of production processes.

In addition, Bakytzhan Bazarbek presented diplomas to graduates of the Faculty of Information Technology of KazNU. This year, the faculty has graduated 331 bachelor's and 83 master's degrees. The graduation ceremony was held at the FARABI HUB.
