QUALIFICATION COURSE "IMPROVING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IN PHARMACEUTICAL ORGANIZATIONS: ADVANCED APPROACHES"

The Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi invites pharmacists, pharmacy managers, pharmacists, and specialists with pharmaceutical education to take part in the advanced training course, which will be held from July 7 to 22 at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.
The modern healthcare system and pharmaceutical practice is in the process of profound transformations caused by both internal modernization needs and the influence of external factors. The rapid development of digital technologies, the introduction of sustainable healthcare strategies, the growing need for effective human resource management, and increasing requirements for the quality of pharmaceutical services - all this requires specialists with pharmaceutical education to constantly improve, master modern personnel tools, and develop management competencies.
In these conditions, the role of professional educational platforms that bring together the best teachers, practitioners, and students to exchange experiences, master advanced methods of personnel planning and management competencies is significantly increasing. This course is becoming exactly such an open integrative platform, promoting professional growth, joint search for effective solutions and development of leadership qualities among pharmaceutical specialists.
As part of the course "Improving HR Management in Pharmaceutical Organizations: An Integrated Approach", participants will not only receive fundamental and applied knowledge in the field of HR management, but will also be able to master such methods as WISN, MBI, 360° assessment, SWOT analysis, as well as practice skills in preventing professional burnout and managing conflicts in pharmacy teams.
Each section will be supervised by experienced specialists and teachers in the field of pharmacy and management. The course is aimed at practicing pharmacists, heads of pharmacies, teachers of pharmaceutical disciplines and young specialists interested in career growth and strategic management.
