Exchange of experience with the Japanese in the field of AI

Erkin Duisenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board and First Vice–Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, met with a delegation from the Higher School of Entrepreneurship in Niigata, Japan. The parties discussed the prospects and current areas of bilateral cooperation.
At the meeting, the first Vice-rector noted the fruitful cooperation between Kazakhstan and Japan. "In recent years, bilateral relations have significantly strengthened in the fields of economy, investment, education and culture. We intend to deepen mutual cooperation through the implementation of cultural events and joint projects", - he said.
In turn, President of the Higher School of Entrepreneurship Tatsuya Kuroda familiarized with the activities of the educational institution he heads and expressed a desire to establish a mutual partnership. He emphasized the possibilities in the field of artificial intelligence. Kuroda noted that the company has achieved significant success through the use of artificial intelligence technologies.
"We used to train masters, but now we have received permission for admission to doctoral studies. Our main feature is education aimed at developing business skills among applicants", - said the high–ranking guest.
Following the meeting, both sides agreed to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of scientific research, higher education and innovation.
