Jastar Generation – 2025 – motivator for young people
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a meeting with foreign participants of the international youth camp "Jastar Generation – 2025", organized by the "Ассамблея жастары", the youth wing of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the international youth camp of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan "Jastar Generation – 2025" is to develop interethnic dialogue and joint projects among the youth of Central Asia.
The speaker of the motivational meeting was Almas Zhali, a member of the Council on Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, founder of the Brave Talents media company. He told the participants of the event the story of his success, which began with his expulsion from Nazarbayev University. This did not stop the future businessman, who successfully received a law degree and began collaborating with well-known bloggers and weiners. Today, the media company Brave Talents is engaged in talent promotion.

"The main thing is not to stand still, to have a goal in life, even a small one – for a day, a month, a year. You need to enjoy the process. Which is more important than the result or the path? I think the way is when you study, explore the world and learn to create", - Almas Zhali addressed his message to the youth.
The meeting was held in the format of a free dialogue, the participants asked questions and received detailed questions from the speaker.
Further, within the framework of the international youth camp "Jastar Generation – 2025", a master class on cross-cultural leadership was held, which was conducted by the chairman of the Association of Creative Collectives of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Director of the Corporate Foundation "National Delphic Committee" Kuralai Tuspekova. "Cross-cultural leadership is an effective management style, which in the era of globalization is becoming increasingly recognized due to the fact that the activities of many organizations go beyond the borders of one country, people, nationality. And these skills will be necessary for our young leaders in order to understand and be effective in the international arena", - explained the moderator of the master class.

The eventful day ended with an entertaining Open Air for the participants. The musical drive was provided by popular showman Daniel James and Dj Alsy.
