KazNU has received an international ISO certificate

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has officially confirmed its compliance with the international standard ISO 27001 in the field of information security management.

ISO 27001 is one of the most authoritative international standards in the field of information security. Obtaining this certificate confirms that KazNU meets high international requirements and effectively implements and manages the information security system.

The certification covers key areas of the university's activities, including: educational and research processes, administrative management, personal data protection and management, academic and professional information, IT services and web resources, online and distance learning systems.

KazNU became one of the first universities in Kazakhstan to implement a comprehensive information security system. This system covers all aspects, from education and science to administrative management.
